Application Fee 
For new service applications only




Commercial $200.00
Industrial $1000.00

Account Service Charge Fee 
Read and/or set meter, open or transfer existing account to new customer

  1. Between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
  2. Between 4:00 pm - 8:00 am Monday - Thursday and
    4:00 pm Friday through 8:00 am Monday and Holidays


Seasonal Service Fee
Reestablishment of electric service to same customer at the same location within any 10 month period (Limited to Rate Schedule 10 and 50 only.)Fee amount is equal to the number of months without service (up to a maximum of 10 months) times the monthly minimum per the applicable Rate Schedule not to exceed $300.00. (Does not include Account Service Charge Fee)

Meter Tampering Charge
Breaking District seal or damaging meter, reconnecting and/or disconnection of meter.  (The charge is in addition to any claims the District may have for actual damages and penalties for meter tampering and/or energy diversion.)


Reconnect Fee 
Per account. Applicable only to non-pay disconnect.
