Program RequirementsNEEM Home Information Manufactured homes must be electrically heated, new, and be designed, constructed, and certified by the Northwest Energy Efficient Manufactured (NEEM) housing program. NEEM Utility Incentive Application and Home Certificate of Compliance forms required upon application submission. Final Inspection Checklist/Certificate of Occupancy (must include date) required upon application submission. Applications must be received within 90 days of occupancy date.
